This beautiful 100 acre parcel started out as 70 acres and then we were able to defensively add (so that we didn't get another new neighbor) the bordering 30 acre parcel to make a beautiful piece of wisconsin hilly and rolling land. it was a beautiful mix of cedar swamp lowland and hilly high ground. we originally planned to retire to that piece of land... until... well, until we got a better taste of how the neighbors were adversely affecting our use of the land! between the line hunter with 10 acres on one side and the line/cheat hunter with 5 acres on the other side, they really ruined our peaceful piece of ground! so after about 2 years on the place, cleaning up massive piles of garbage and junk, adding new food plots, a pond and deer towers we were able to recoupe our investment and bank just a little profit on this one.
