This was a 53 acre hunting parcel that we really did not want, but we ended up trading it for our last home (15 acre farm). We traded it because we had about $1,000 per month in mortgage payment, insurance, electric, water, etc just to keep the 15 acre farm on the market for sale, which we could not afford to do. so, in trading this farm we were able to eliminate the $1,000 per month expense just to keep the house on the market. And being that it was a double wide, those often sit for years on the 'for sale' market due to difficulty in getting financing for them (banks require 20% cash down, plus you get a higher interest rate on top of that!)
