Learning about managing ponds takes time and effort. We read a lot about it and had a fish survey & shock done on our 'Old pond' and a biologist give us a fish assessment. But pond management is just like land management in that you are really only limited by your own imagination. You can build a fishing pier or dock, place fish structure habitat in the pond to improve fish habitat, dig some deeper spots by renting a mini excavator, add things like large stones or concrete blocks to make more cover for the tiny fish and for more surface areas for plankton to grow on.
