Buying and selling land these days has become a huge industry, especially when it comes to hunting land. It is far from being easy, and getting more and more expensive by the hour! And many realtors are not land specialists, and they can't tell you many of the ins and outs and pitfalls to avoid. Having bought and sold well over 20 properties and homes in 7 different states, I have a very unique background and have gained extremely valuable experience. However, most of the experiences were quite bad, and no one ever warned me about them. That is why I've decided to document and entire process (here as 'project 211') as well as lay out many of the properties (in the flip farms section) that we've bought and sold along the way.
